If you are interested in playing a pivotal role in refining precision health testing this opportunity is for you! We are seeking a Chromatography Lab Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work with a great team with a common goal of finding the root cause of chronic health issues.
Pay: $18-22/hr. Depending on Experience
Shifts:
1st (Monday-Friday 8a-5p; some weekends on occasion which will include a $2/hr shift differential)
2nd (Monday-Friday 2p-10p and Saturday- Wed; some weekends on occasion which will include an additional $2/hr shift differential.
NOTE - 2nd Shift will need to train on 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8a-5p for 3-4 weeks. Once training is complete, they can select a their shift preference; 1p-9p, 2p-10p, or 3p-11p.)
Responsibilities:
Perform department procedures and demonstrate sound laboratory techniques.
Must have read and follow Departmental SOPs.
Demonstrates proficiency in judging acceptability of quality control results.
Communicates sample issues within and outside the department to support proper client communication.
Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on all department instruments.
Assists in evaluation and development of new procedures.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Biological or Chemical Science
OR Degree in Medical Technology or MLT Certification
Previous experience with chromatography techniques in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus
