Our client is a global supply chain solutions organizations that specializes in the aerospace and defense industries. They are seeking an Onsite Representative to join their team!

Located in Goleta, CA

6 month contract to hire

Pay: $20-22/hour

Responsibilities:

• The onsite representative will be interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations.

• They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

• Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications.

• Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs.

• Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate with proven customer service, and interaction skills, with direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers demonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard-free workplace.
