An exciting opportunity to join a leading biotech research company as a Biospecimen Data Manager! Come join a growing team focusing on clinical research and development process for new therapeutics!
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p w/ flexibility
Pay: 65K-90K DOE
Job Duties:
Oversee the collection, entry, and maintenance of biospecimen handling and data.
Manage accessioning team and processing data.
Responsible for the communication across-site for data management.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of biospecimen data in the database.
Develop and implement data management protocols and procedures.
Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
Manage the biospecimen data management system, including software updates and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT and software vendors to optimize database performance and functionality.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Provide training and support to staff on data management practices and software usage.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Biology, Biotechnology or related field.
Specimen handling experience and processing data management REQUIRED.
2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
