Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical focusing on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option to date. The company is looking for an Administrative Assistan t to join the team!

Type of Job: contract (1 year)

Location: Danbury, CT

Job Type: Hybrid

Pay rate: $21.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets

  • Schedule and organize meetings, including arranging conference rooms

  • Manage records and files effectively to ensure accessibility and organization

  • Process invoices using our internal accounting system

  • Maintain and oversee departmental supply inventory

  • Assist in reviewing and reconciling expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies

  • Provide logistical support for training sessions and other departmental activities

  • Offer general administrative assistance as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree; or relevant experience with a high school diploma

  • Experience in data entry, expense reports, and filing data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

  • Proactive with a high level of accountability and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer service-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.

  • Demonstrates ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions.
