Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical focusing on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option to date. Job Description:

  • Coordinate and track requirements from business analysts during sprint cycles, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reporting assets..

  • Troubleshoot Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics on reporting assets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the data and reporting platform.

  • Create and maintain health scorecard reports for the data and reporting platform using Excel. Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, formulas, matches, and deduplication techniques to analyze and present data effectively.

  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot end-to-end system integration for various data sources related to the data warehouse platform. Utilize Pharmaceutical Data, CRM systems, and Customer Master systems for troubleshooting and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to use Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages to manipulate and analyze data.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams and levels within the organization.
